Only 1 stylist on a Saturday morning at 9:30. One person in the chair, 2 waiting, and a 2nd stylist not scheduled to come in until 10. Didn't used to be this way. Apparently they are trying to squeeze every last cent out, and now the squeeze means poor customer service. It cost them my business today. After 15 years I'm looking to go somewhere else.
