I usually don't like to write bad reviews but this is just rediculous. I've been going to supercuts for the past 5 years and now I'm in search of a new hair salon. For the past few years I've been getting the same haircut and as of late they've been giving me a variety of different hair lengths. I go to get my haircut when it reaches a certain length and go in and ask for 1 1/2 inches to be cut off all around. Within the past year and a half I have been receiving lengths cut off between 1/2 inch to 3 inches. They have not been consistent and may want to concider buying a ruler so that it can be at least close to what the customer askes for.
