Had an arrangement delivered two days before Mother's day. Fruit was hard and not sweet, inedible!!! Called location on Mother's day, kept on hold 20 minutes, finally told would replace on Tuesday, too busy to do anything sooner, no apology!. Very dissatisfied customer.
