I purchased a plan from this store right after AT&T bought out Cricket. These employees were poorly trained. They gave me a ZTE 3G phone without a manual. Other Cricket stores tell me I should have been given a ZTE 4G phone with a manual. There were some major issues with porting over my old phone number. It took three days and I had to give up the idea.
I was also told I was signing up for automatic checking account withdrawal. I was not. I was without cell phone service again until I figured out was going on.
