Took my developmentally disabled brother in for a haircut on 09-14-13, and the hairstylist, Melissa, was rude and unkind to him to the point that he started crying as soon as we left the place. This place must be under new management because I've been taking my brother here for over a decade and this has never happened before. When I called and spoke to the manager about he didn't act as if there was any problems, as if it's okay to be rude and unkind to someone that is developmentally disabled. Oh, my brother is well behaved, well-groomed, and well-dressed, so it wasn't as if he looked like a bum or acted out in there. Horrible Experience-AWFUL PEOPLE!
