3 weeks ago approx. my stepfather who is 75 went into the Costco to buy a new tv.He did settle for a big screen for about 500.003 weeks ago , he was watching his new 3 week old tv when it suddenly went out.Not soon after that he brought it in for a bad screenhe They denied hin any help. they refused to take it and exchange because they say the screen looked like it was cracked.that treatment to him is going to make some heads roll because thats just unacceoptable treatment.the manager accuses him of breaking the screen and wanting to get a new one after breaking it.now why in tbhe world would an elderly couple break their tv then report it not being their fault. my mother has never ever been into any sort of trouble,she has abeen a loyal and good customer to costco.she was there from the start with them.now to have to be treated like a cheater and a liar in front of other customers is just outrageous.they deserve an exchange like they should get. Costco has really gone downhill as far as customer service, and this will not help..i know of minimum 25 people who said they will not buy from them now because of this...i mean who deserves this treatemt this happened just barely 3weeks ago for goodness sakes.do the right thing costco,
