I tried on two different occasions to get threw to this company. The first time holding for 33 minutes what kind of customer service is that after telling me there was a ten minute hold time. The company makes so much money they can't hire more people. Or maybe if this company was good they wouldn't have so many people waiting on line. I am discussed with this company. And why don't they have Fios in Haverhill
