Tried to cancel a service call I had made in person. When I tried the suggestion it worked. Wanted to call and cancel. It took longer to cancel by phone than it would have taken to go back to the office and cancel. There should be a local phone number available. Way to many push buttons on to connect to someone in India. Even typing a review is a hassle with the two (now up to 6) words below and why do I need to accept terms just to comment???
