I bought several things there, one of them a jacket for $140.00. I wore for a short walk while in Denver and wanted to return it. NO RETURNS, It didn't matter that I had the receipt. On the receipt, it said no returns, but I didn't see that until I got home to PA . What a rip-off, very disappointed, said official store for Columbia, but they couldn't help me either, said it was an independent store, and they didn't have control over them. I called 2x, but they wouldn't budge, BEWARE!
