I look forward to going to Wendy's daily. If my order is not correct due to some lack of communication, please do not treat me as if am a nobody who is getting on your nerves and want go away. Your facial expression says so much when you frown. If I ask for some ketchup or and extra pack of sauce please do not be rude. Its so polite to say thank you. Wendy's evening crew really drop the ball on my order. It was totally wrong and the customer service was awful.
