I wish to compliment Megan Higgins the new GM at Lifetime Gibert AZ. She recently resolved an issue on a tile installation at our Club that caused me to receive a cut on my left finger. Tom Stumper, the former Operation Manager, did not respond appropriately and defended the poor tile installation. Megan interceded and had the tile repaired to meet safety standards. Her involvement was expidient as well as professional. Her involvement and that of Ashely Rogers the new Operations Manger has made a big differance in a more Pro Active relationship with members.
