VERY inconsistent service, but yesterday it fell to a new low when at 9:00pm or so we went through the drive thru and one of the order items was a medium hot chocolate... with no whipped cream. We received a half a cup of hot chocolate and was told by the clerk that it was half because there was no whip. What? I order this all the time and never get barely a half cup... when we said, no this isn't right... they just stared at us. Nice. Not going there again. We'll go out of our way to another McDonalds.
