This man has absolutely no customer service what so ever. I can't believe he is the manger. My daughter and I walked into the 7 eleven to purchase juice. My daughter accidentally dropped a plastic bottle of orange juice and broke the cap. The orange juice and bottle were completely in tact. He tried to force us aggressivly to purchase the juice. He was being so rude in front of a room full of customers and argumentative we left. I sent my husband to purchase my daughter's juice (because it's not fair to her) and he continued to argue with my husband then started to lie about the entire situatio. This man need to held accountable from 7 eleven franchise
