Was there 3/02/13 and the place was total bedlam. It took forever to order. Then 45 minutes later, we received raw hamburgers. After we asked for our money back, it took the manager 30 minutes. Then he acted like he had no concern for our experience or that he wanted us back. There were also other groups there (some with small children) waiting longer than us. It was a mess. We will NEVER be back.
