I visited the west river chipotle October 7th.the woman serving me wiped the counter of and switched out the chicken and various containers all while wearing plastic gloves.she then asked me for my order without changing her gloves and grabbed by burrito wrap with the same gloves she wore while wiping cheese and lettuce off the counter.i asked why she did not change her gloves and she said it wasn't policy and everything was sanitary behind the counter.i find it hard to believe that the workers are allowed to clean up and then make your order without changing gloves. At the other locations they have always changed gloves.this store looks unclean and the workers seem to have no training in keeping the preparation of orders sanitary.i will not be back to this location .
