Walked in to the office on 12/02/14 around 1:00pm. Cold, rude reception. These two female employees looked miserable, and acted burdened by my presence. No hello, acknowledgement, what so ever. Seemed bothered when I said good afternoon" only to respond with a "yea". The only smile I received was when I fecisiously said thanks for your politeness" as I walked towards the door to take my business to your competitor (fed ex,ups, ect.) Prime example of a outdated - behind the times business atmosphere.
