Nobody wants to answer the phone when you tried to call them, and when you get entertain they give you a condescending tone, and won't even let you finish your question. There is such a negative vibe in this place, no smiles no nothing, no wonder branches are closing, its always an stressful experience getting help here and usps in general, they should close shop.
