This facility is awful! The employees seem to forget that they are providing a public service. Often rude, short tempered, unaccommodating, unhelpful, and unapologetic in their errors, this facility needs to be RE-Managed and RE-Trained! I too, am employed to provide a public service, so I know the ethical code that we are sworn to exemplify... This facility is the worst that I've ever had the misfortune to service my zipcode. Pls get it together...
