Middletown, OH marsh The store has at the most "1" working handicap cart. I wrote once before and u put in these "used" yellow carts that never did work right. Some times i have to sit on a broken cart to wait for the one that works! Once i followed a man (on oxygen) out to his van so l could make sure i got the cart. There are 3 there but "out of order" on 2. I spend MORE money when i have a cart, spend less when i have to walk cause i cant walk. I have neuropathy in my legs. You need to come up to date & get NEW carts not lame ass used ones. I love the marsh people but hate the handicap carts!
