As someone who lives close by, the convenience factor had become the ONLY factor for going to this location. But tonight was the last straw, between the rude staff who apparently can't count or read and the garbage wait times to get your meal, I swear that will be the last $15 dollars I ever spend at EITHER the Taco Bell or KFC franchises or anyone associated with them.
