I came in rue 21 Pearland on 8/14/2013. I walked in perhaps round 10:15. I was greeted by two young ladies upon entering the store. I came across some trouble finding a specific pair of jeans I wanted. The manager I guess seen me looking through all the jeans within the store ; approached me and asked do I need help. I said yes she went above and beyond to find my jeans by running to back and check. She didn't find the jeans I wanted but she brought back options. What Im writing the rue 21 to say is lakken the manager that was helping me had a blooming personality. She was very professional and kindhearted. Keep up the good work Rue 21 Pearland!
