I was shopping with my 6 year old grandson on sat 11-24-12 at 7:30pm. He desperately needed to use a restroom to urinate. The polite sales clerk said OK BUT the rude manager said NO!(one word answer)! Perfect example of "not what you say but how you say it"! I left and bought from a competitor $375 (3DSXL, DS Games, Skylanders, etc). I always enjoyed the polite & helpful sales people BUT won't return because of this rude manager!
