I went in with my mother and she was helped after 30 minutes. I however wasn't given a chair until I personally walked over and sat down myself. While my mother was getting a pedicure, I sat and watched as several other walk ins got water in their chairs & got services completed. Then I watched as mom got a manicure after.. While still not being helped until telling them not to worry about it & told them I'd go elsewhere tomorrow. She immediately did my pedicure then & once she finished painting them, she smeared them, looked at them, and told me I was done. Not going back. Love the owner, lily, but I can get way better service elsewhere. Definite waste of my money.
