They came out to repair a bathtub shower/bath faucet that wasn't working correctly. The plumber replaced one part and screwed a temporary handle on the shower/bath handle, because he needed to order a part. He collected a check from me and never returned to finish the job. When I tried to schedule a followup, nobody showed.
