Sale Rep sold me a jetpack after reviewing my account and persuaded me it will save on my monthly service charge. The device did the opposite. Instead of saving I received a letter that my monthly charges and other charges doubled what I normally pay. By that time it was conveniently 2 days beyond the return date. After a couple of months of trying to cancel the service, a staff member from the Irvine office contacted me and was very rude and refused to listened to my clarification of what happened. Raised her voice, spoke over me and told me she was not interested in what I had to say.
