Son lost his phone that had a cover--both covered by insurance. Had problems with the first claim--spent 2 hours trying to get through their horrible menu selections to talk with someone. When I did finally talk with someone, they would transfer me and many times to the wrong location and many times was arbitrarily hung up on. When I finally got my claim replacement phone, there was a insured case missing (not shipped). I spent another 2 1/2 hours on the phone for the same reasons. I will NEVER do business with Verizon again.
