Ive been trying for over 3 months to get Verizon Freedom removed from 1 residential line in our home. After approximately 12 total hours on the phone, giving them Confirmation numbers over and over and getting new ones. The said they'd send me a voucher for the entire statement to be applied to the bill this month. I received a $50 credit that will be applied in the next 3-4 billing cycles (the bill is for $112.60).

Don't waste your time with their customer service. They are worthless.

I would advise no one to have telephones through Verizon. A totally incompetent staff who will never transfer you to a supervisor regardless of how long you wait! Customer service rating F-
