Went to get oil changed in canton Ohio. Iam a loyal customer, earlier that day I heard nothing wrong with my car. After gettin my oil changed as I was driving out I heard a loud clicking, I drive to the light and continued hearing the loud clicking I made a u turn and went back. The gentlemen under the car said, when I told you to press down in the gas I heard that sound. I told him I didn't hear that and if that was the case why didn't you say anything. Make a long story short I ended up leaving with the very loud clicking noise. I'm sure of it that something happen to my car. I did call customer service and they are suppose to get back in touch within 24 hours
