I just called and spoke with Nick at this store and told him that I was eligible for an upgrade either Thursday or Friday and which phone and accessory I wanted. He was kind enough to double check when I am eligible for the upgrade AND he's putting the phone and accessory on hold for me until Friday! What customer service!
Thank you so incredibly much! I generally shop at the regular store on US 1 in St. Augustine but from here on out, I'm loyal to this store!
