Stuff unhelpful. Only thing they want is your money. I called AT&T and they send me to store. It's express store ! So the sign states. I needed to activate iPhone 5 they told me that its $25 for new one. When I was on call AT&T operator told me its free in AT&T store. Don't waist your time they will not help you unless u don't like your money. Andy
