My girlfriend and I encountered an unusual situation with her phone. The situation obviously didn't seem as if though it would or could be resolved. Devon did a great job researching our concern and even involving his manager Kennedy,who was also very concerned and involved in the solution. They both worked together and helped us to understand why we chose AT&T in the first place. Thank you!
