New IPhone 5 died--2 visits 5 (2 to Corporate) calls in 2 weeks time--said needed a manager--no return call yet--not to mention they sent me to Apple twice
Just waiting until contract ends in 7 months never again
Can you believe after 7 tries in two weeks no one got back to me?
