It took 30 minutes to be helped to add minutes to my prepaid phone with two other people in the store then when I was finally helped neither of the employeea were able to simply add minutes to a prepaid phone. So we had to wait for a manager to set that up. On another occasion, 5 minutes prior to closing I walked in and asked if I could add minutes to my phone and the lady said they were already closed. It only takes a minute to add minutes but they didn't want to help me. Overall I rate this location a a Zero. Horrible service, not knowledgable, no people skills. I would recommend going out of your way to find a different location. Very unsatisfied with every aspect of this store.
