Upgraded my family plan through att corporate i,this is the smart phone data family mobile one.With this certain plan you get the apple I phone for.99cents. The customer service rep said I could pick these phones up at my local LaGrange Store,by me doing this would save me shipping costs.Once I explained to the counter clerk I had everything set up through corporate,I guess he then realized he wasn't going to make much commission on me and he became very short and rude towards me.I finally came to my senses and told the clerk I would finish this transaction with Corperate and stormed out.Buyer Beware at these franchise stores!
