I , being somewhat technically challenged , went into the A T&T store ask for assistance. the young man, named Josh, greeted me with a smile and took my phone . In a few minutes he had my "sim" card changed and proceeded to add my contacts . He was quick and efficient and then showed me all the features on my phone. after answering all my questions he also said "I'll be here until 6 pm if you have any more questions..I was totally pleased with the sevice this young man provided.
