I would give no stars. First and last time in this store. I entered the store to pay my bill, there were 2 persons working and 2 prior customers being helped. One was on the phone and the other was transferring data from one phone to another. I stood there for 20 mins and wasn't looked at, or talked to. I was invisible to them. No Welcome to AT&T, No I'll be with you in a moment. Nothing. I didn't have any more time to just stand there so I walked out. I WILL NEVER BE THERE AGAIN. IF THIS TURNS OUT TO BE THE ONLY STORE IN THE WICHITA-DERBY-HAYSVILLE AREA, I WILL COLSE MY ATT ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 15 YEARS AND GO TO ANOTHER WIRELESS CARRIER! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY BY AN ATT STORE AND I CALLED ATT AND TOLD THEM SO.
