The reception in South Orange County with AT&T is VERY poor! I think it is because of the hills. The different tech levels on the phone cannot help - believe me I tried. They say the towers have been in disrepair. But I have been with AT&T for 2 years and my reception has always been very poor. I have found the employees at the local store very knowledgeable and professional, so I have them a "very good" rating. But the corporate service is poor
