I went to this store and it had to be one of the most unprofessional stores I have ever been at. When I arrived there was a line of people waiting but one of the associates was outside talking to a man in a truck instead of coming in to help the other associate. When I requested to speak to the manager the girl outside was the manager. Needless to say we did not give AT&T our business because we spoke to the manager she was the most unprofessional, rude, lady I have ever spoken with. AT&T should really look into making sure this store is run correctly so they don't lose more potential customers!
