Tried to manage the account online with no success. Emailed help desk and told that I had to call the customer service center, no other way to fix the account. Called 3 times, each time I was forced to wait on hold for over 6 minutes. When the called appeared to go through, a busy signal would replace the ringing. On 4th call, after holding for 7.5 minutes, I finally reached a rep that could barely speak English and spoke in circles. Nothing was resolved. Terrible! I don't know if I have a membership or not anymore. They have my billing info on file, and I am being charged for the whole family, but they continuously send e-mails and make calls to my kids stating that their membership has lapsed and they need to pay. Customer service can't explain it, but they did say that they were making the calls and sending e-mails but they don't know why...what a joke!
