I left my faux fur coat for cleaning, it came back ruined! They charged me $25.00 and when the coat came back the soft, fluffy fur was flat and sticky with a stain. They sent it out again, it came back flat and sticky feeling again. There is an unpleasant metallic smell also. They offered to send it to the fur cleaner for $75 in the end. I can't afford that. So, I lost my beautiful coat, the best one I have ever had, and I will probably never afford one as nice again. I am very sad. Today is my wedding anniversary and I had hoped to wear my nice coat but now it is unwearable. If you value your garments and your money is hard earned, you should avoid this establishment!
