I have never been treated so rudely as I was when I went into this store this evening. The smart mouthed little brat that was supposed to help me was rude, and so unprofessional it was ridiculous. She should be fired. After to fact that Checksmart do not have the courtesy to inform their Insight clients of the change of policy and banks. Overdraft protection was canceled without notice. We should have been given written notice 30 days in advance so we could be prepared. Checksmart's excuse is they didn't know either. How could they NOT know. Insight is awful. I waited 1 1/2 hours on hold, never able to speak to anyone so I went to the store for help. I am calling all the tv channels and social media networks to inform all Insight clients to be aware of the change because Checksmart, Insight, Urban and Republic Banks did nothing to inform their clients. I am 67 yrs old, had six major surgeries in 2012, can not work due to my health, so I live on my social security. Now I have NO MONEY until my next check. They even charged me a decline fee without even notifying me in advance. Something has to be done to correct this irreverible damage.
