It seems to me, as I have been in this location a few times now, that there only ever appears to be one individual working. When the individual has a good day, it shows and the transactions are extremely acurate and timely manner....
However when they are in a bad mood, it shows... the line is nearly out the door and everybody seems to wait for very lengthy periods of time.
