Was informed that even though I had a item that was being shipped back by the maker via a recall, which provided shipping and boxing that they could process it cause they did now how to enter the information. ( very rude through entire process)! Called UPS headquarters they advised that it was not a UPS. that it was just a location that provides shipping via ups.
