On Tuesday morning at 6.30 AM we went to get breakfast,asked about orange juice she stated they ran out. Wanted oatmeat,again stated ran out. Got a tray that was so dirty and sticky I almost threw up. Looking for a place to sit, she asked" what do you need" I said I am looking for a clean table, not one to be had all had stuff spilled on them with crumbs! Went to get ketchup again almost threw up, juice ketchup etc all over the place. No room clean to place anything! Went to the bathroom and the mirror was so dirty I could barely see out of it, sink and counter top the same. This place had obviously never been cleaned for quite some time! This is 6.30 AM!!!
