Firstly they triple booked appiontments so asked me to leave, the second time they double booked so had to rearrange my appointment again. Dirty, disorganised and unpleasant. I only stayed as a had a groupon voucher already paid for. Soaked my back on washing my hair, didn't cut my hair to my requests and burnt my scalp with the hairdryer! Never again.
