I finished my rehab at bridge house at the very beginning of 2010. In the time that has elapsed since then I have used Bridge house teachings as my template and it has stood me in good-stead. I often think of all the staff and members during my 12 month there. Do I have any regrets? Not a one. You often hear the words "Life changing" in this case it was and for the better. The chances that if your reading you already know what it's about. If any thing is worrying you talk about it and if you can't take it fine you will not see any chains just go for it
