Never again
I was just at this sleep country store on West Broadway near Blenheim in Vancouver. I waited over 10 minutes for the one employee who was working who did not seem in any rush as she chatted with a customer about her travels abroad. I realize I may appear younger in age, but I am a professional who stopped in as I was passing by the store. When she finally did come to assist me, I could not help but be surprised by the patronizing tone with which she spoke with me as I inquired about questions regarding pillows. I will never again step foot in this store.
