I don't really care for this bank. There are maybe two ladies that are very polite, the rest need training in customer assistance. One of the accountants is in need of a different profession. She asks the same questions multiple times, then ends up having the other accountants do her work for her. The service is very slow, and the staff are rude. There are outrageous fees to hold basic accounts. The parking lot is a mess. The pain of having to deal with this bank makes me want to trash my check instead of cash it. Go somewhere else.
