I had a problem with a transfer of funds from my accout to another financial institution with a deadline. I went to the Clifton Avenue branch where Mr. Nick Lauridas, Sales Consultant, not only helped but went a step beyond by making phone calls to assure that everything was correct, and carried out correctly. I am very happy with the help and service I received.
