I pull up to the establishment 3 hours before the normal closing time of 6 o'clock to font that I'm locked outside and there is a woman being helped inside. It is 2:50 on Christmas Eve with out store hours marked for holidays with the exception of the establishment being closed on Christmas Day. I patiently waited for what I was prepared to be at least a greeting and Apology, but instead he just let the woman out and then quickly locked the door behind him. Even If holiday hours were until 3, they should have either been posted or verbalized. Maybe along with a hello. The worst. Customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.
